K.Kyaw was born in Rangoon in 1967 and graduated from the Yangon (Rangoon) School of Fine Arts in 1988. He participated in numerous exhibitions since 1990 and his work is part of the collection at the National Museum in Rangoon. His painting "The Heart and Peace of ASEAN" was selected for an award in the 2001/2002 Philip Morris Myanmar Art Awards.
